About the role

Mnzil is a fast‑growing prop‑tech startup reshaping workforce housing and real estate services across Saudi Arabia. As a remote Bookkeeper Associate, you will ensure the accuracy of financial records and support daily accounting operations that enable scalable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Record and maintain financial transactions with precision.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare reconciliations and maintain up‑to‑date financial records.
• Track invoices, payments, and expenses.
• Support monthly closing and reporting activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee financial accuracy.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting support roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Required skills

• Experience with accounting systems or ERP tools.
