Business Development Manager (AIoT Solutions)

About the role

Uniview Saudi Arabia is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for its AIoT and video technology portfolio. Based in Riyadh, this full‑time, on‑site position focuses on expanding market presence and driving revenue across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies that generate revenue growth.
• Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market needs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends and insights.
• Prepare and present proposals, sales pitches, and negotiation documents.

Required profile

• Proven business development and client acquisition experience, preferably in technology solutions.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities, including market research.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of AIoT and video technology solutions and awareness of industry trends.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
