About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to deliver an excellent customer experience by handling inquiries efficiently and promptly. The role involves building positive relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Process customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow up until closure.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
Required profile
- High School diploma or higher.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
