Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with overall business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of large‑scale IT projects, ensuring they meet timeline and budget constraints.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their integration into the IT roadmap.
• Establish and enforce IT governance policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify technology needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Manage the IT budget, resource allocation, and cost‑control processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of progressive IT leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior managerial or executive role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing IT strategies that drive business performance.
• Strong understanding of current technology trends, data management, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience managing large‑scale technology implementations using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Expertise in budget management, resource allocation, and cost control within an IT context.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills, capable of influencing without direct authority.
• Thorough knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
