Field Sales Supervisor – Retail

About the role

Nestlé Waters, the global leader in bottled water and producer of Al Manhal and Nestlé Pure Life in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Field Sales Supervisor for its Retail/TT sector. The role is based in Dammam and focuses on driving sales growth and market coverage across the Eastern Region.

Key responsibilities

• Increase the number of daily transactions/invoicing and retail outlet visits through effective retail routes.
• Boost numeric and weighted TT presence in the retail market.
• Maintain competitive advantage by ensuring adequate market coverage and flawless service.
• Control and improve route performance in line with cascaded targets.
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé standards in all task execution.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Valid driving licence.
• Physical familiarity with key areas in the Eastern Region.
• Proficiency in English.
