Governance Specialist – Corporate Governance & Compliance

About the role

The Governance Specialist will support TamkeenHR in embedding robust corporate governance practices across the organization. Based in Riyadh, you will work closely with legal, compliance and business units to ensure alignment with Saudi regulatory standards and market disclosure obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing corporate governance principles in line with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare, review and continuously update governance policies, procedures and internal regulations.
• Ensure transparent reporting and proper disclosures according to Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul standards.
• Review delegation of authority matrices to maintain compliance with governance frameworks.
• Produce governance reports and disclosures required by the CMA and Tadawul.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to meet governance and disclosure obligations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Corporate Governance or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in corporate governance, compliance, legal affairs or a similar area.
• Holder of a recognized governance certification (GRCP, CCO or GRC) is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of CMA regulations and Tadawul disclosure requirements.
• Understanding of corporate governance best practices.
• Familiarity with governance certifications such as GRCP, CCO or GRC.
