HVAC Technician – Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for an HVAC Technician to join Nestlé Waters’ Maintenance team in Jeddah. The successful candidate will install, inspect, and maintain air‑conditioning and industrial refrigeration systems, ensuring reliable operation across our facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Install air‑conditioning units in offices and residential buildings following standard procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot industrial refrigeration systems, especially ammonia‑based units.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment malfunctions using designated diagnostic tools.
• Recommend equipment replacement when repair costs exceed replacement value.
• Interpret electrical drawings to support installation and maintenance tasks.
• Provide guidance and training to less‑experienced personnel.
• Follow Nestlé SHE rules and safety procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Diploma in a technical field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in HVAC or similar industrial maintenance roles.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Required skills
