Internal Audit Capital Projects Manager (Risk Consulting)

About the role

PWC Risk Consulting is seeking an experienced manager to lead internal audit engagements for capital‑project clients in Riyadh. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping organisations strengthen risk management, internal controls and overall business resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high‑profile clients and oversee the full audit cycle from planning to delivery.
• Engage with diverse client teams to define audit methodology, identify key risks and assess control effectiveness.
• Develop and implement internal audit and risk‑management strategies to improve control maturity.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for new or expanded services.
• Manage engagement budgets, economics and internal KPIs.
• Lead audit teams, coordinate communication with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of findings and recommendations.
• Conduct testing of financial, operational and compliance controls and draft audit reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in internal audit, risk consulting or related fields, preferably within capital‑project environments.
• Strong ability to manage client relationships and deliver value‑added advisory services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated capability to lead teams, manage budgets and meet project timelines.
