About the role

Maskan is looking for a creative Marketing & Content Specialist to join its Riyadh team. You will craft visual stories that showcase our premium residential projects and engage our audience across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, shoot and edit video and photography content tailored to the target market.
• Manage and schedule posts on all social media platforms, interacting with the community to build brand loyalty.
• Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for residential projects.
• Develop brand storytelling that highlights high‑end architectural design and lifestyle benefits across digital touchpoints.

Required profile

• Saudi citizen (male or female).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in marketing, social media management and content creation.
• Previous experience in the real‑estate sector is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in video recording and editing tools.
• Strong understanding of current social media algorithms and trends.
