Project Coordinator (Part-Time)

About the role

We are a small team of six passionate researchers based in Saudi Arabia, seeking a part‑time Project Coordinator to support our research studies. This position focuses on recruitment and operational logistics, not on conducting research itself.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for multiple studies, including scheduling, screening, and incentive payments.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and researchers to clarify recruitment requirements and timelines.
• Maintain research tools under the guidance of the Research Lead.
• Handle participant relationships, ensuring data accuracy, consent, and privacy compliance.
• Organise workshops and other research‑related events.
• Respond to enquiries from participants and internal staff regarding recruitment.
• Prepare weekly reports on recruitment activity and participant satisfaction.
• Adhere to compliance and privacy policies when managing participant data.

• Strong organisational abilities to coordinate multiple projects without losing detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse teams.
• Proactive "can‑do" mindset with a willingness to implement innovative, AI‑driven solutions.
• High ethical standards and strict adherence to privacy and legal requirements.
