Project Engineer – Pump Manufacturing & Engineering Solutions

About the role

The Project Engineer will independently lead assigned projects from order receipt through execution, delivery, invoicing and closure. Based in Riyadh, the role ensures projects meet contractual, technical, commercial and financial requirements while maintaining customer satisfaction and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, coordinating kick‑off, scope definition, schedules, deliverables and stakeholder responsibilities.
• Monitor progress, address issues affecting schedule, cost, quality or client satisfaction, and drive corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary customer interface, providing regular status updates, handling technical clarifications and coordinating inspections and approvals.
• Control scope changes, prepare variation and change order claims, and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Assess project risks, develop mitigation plans and collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Finance and Management to manage commercial and operational risks.
• Track budgets, costs and margins, support invoicing, collections, bank guarantees and letters of credit, and help maintain cash‑flow targets.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, dashboards and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage engineering projects from inception to closure.
• Strong communication skills to act as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional departments such as Sales, Finance, Production and Quality.
• Ability to identify and manage project risks, scope changes and financial performance.
