Project Manager – Digital Banking

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital banking and financial services initiatives. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full delivery lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure) for digital banking projects.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, budgets, dependencies and risk registers.
• Manage projects in Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall environments, driving continuous improvement in governance.
• Serve as primary liaison between Business, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Finance, IT and vendors.
• Facilitate executive steering committees, governance forums and status reporting.
• Ensure alignment with SAMA regulations, internal risk frameworks and audit requirements.
• Oversee requirements definition, backlog management and traceability from business objectives to delivery.
• Coordinate impact assessments, embed security and privacy considerations, and work with Architecture and Technology teams.
• Lead and motivate cross‑functional delivery teams, fostering accountability and transparency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, IT Engineering or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in Project or Delivery Management.
• Hands‑on experience delivering digital banking platforms, payments/remittance solutions, customer onboarding/KYC journeys, and lending or financial product platforms.
• Strong knowledge of core banking environments, payments ecosystems, KYC/AML frameworks and Saudi regulatory landscape (SAMA).
• Proven experience with Agile, Hybrid, Scrum and/or SAFe delivery models.
• Excellent governance, documentation and reporting discipline.
• Effective communication with stakeholders, vendors and senior executives.
