About the role
Join Mondelēz International as a Sales Executive and support our key account teams in driving growth across the snacking portfolio. You will work closely with Account Managers to ensure a coordinated, customer‑focused sales effort.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers in executing sales strategies aligned with commercial priorities.
- Negotiate with account representatives to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage trade funds, invoicing, claims queries, and sales promotions.
- Support merchandising, shelf management, and national sales programs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in sales, account management or commercial support, preferably in FMCG.
- Proven ability to deliver results, solve problems and influence stakeholders.
- Strong communication, proactive mindset and ability to adapt to fast‑paced environments.
- High integrity, collaborative team player with a passion for snacking brands.
