Senior Associate – Corporate Transactions & Advisory

About the role

Clifford Chance is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Corporate Transactions & Advisory team. You will work on high‑profile, cross‑border deals for leading companies, collaborating with specialists across the firm to deliver integrated legal solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on public and private M&A, disposals, demergers, joint ventures and restructurings.
• Draft and negotiate high‑value commercial contracts.
• Coordinate with antitrust specialists on merger‑control matters.
• Collaborate with finance, capital markets, litigation, tax, pensions, employment and real‑estate teams to provide holistic advice.
• Support corporate governance, regulatory compliance, intellectual‑property and technology advisory matters.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with several years of experience in corporate transactions.
• Proven track record advising leading companies on complex, cross‑border deals.
• Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams and manage demanding client expectations.
