Senior Project Manager

About the role

JASARA PMC is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex civil engineering projects, including mixed‑use developments and OSE zones. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of assigned projects, from planning through delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with design, track works, and early‑works teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing their needs and expectations.
• Monitor progress, identify issues early, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and produce accurate financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.
• Prepare and present updates to senior management and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in the civil engineering sector.
• PMP certification or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
