Flowmingo is looking for motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to expand the reach of its AI‑powered interview platform. In this flexible, commission‑only role you will introduce the solution to HR professionals, recruiters and decision‑makers in your network, helping them improve hiring efficiency and fairness.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with your professional network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Explain how the platform integrates into existing hiring workflows.
• Facilitate onboarding for new users and gather feedback to inform product improvements.
• Earn commissions for each successful client referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or talent acquisition consultant.
• Active, well‑connected network of hiring managers and HR leaders.
• Self‑starter with a passion for recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working independently with no fixed schedule or quota.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring best practices.
