About the role
We are seeking a motivated Account Manager who is a Saudi national to join Müller’s Solutions. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships and delivering tailored IT‑solution services. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive account growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the main contact and ensuring their needs are met.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities for Müller’s Solutions’ services.
- Coordinate with data and technical teams to deliver insights, reporting, dashboards and other solutions.
- Prepare and present regular account performance reports and conduct client review meetings.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to enhance client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets set by management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the IT solutions sector.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and networking opportunities.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Experience with sales analytics software.
