AI Engineering Officer

About the role

The AI Engineering Officer will design, build, and maintain machine‑learning models and AI services that power a range of business initiatives. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to embed intelligent solutions into existing platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy machine‑learning models and AI services.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI solutions.
• Optimize models for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
• Integrate AI SaaS offerings such as generative AI, vector databases, and RAG solutions.
• Stay current with AI research and recommend innovative approaches.
• Assist with quality control, deployment, and monitoring of AI services in production.
• Ensure compliance with data‑privacy, security, and ethical standards.
• Document AI assets, workflows, and technical specifications.
• Support AI‑related research and development projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
• Experience working with machine‑learning frameworks and cloud AI services.
