Architect – Labor Camp & Facilities Design

About the role

We are looking for an Architect to lead the planning, design and execution support of labor camps and related facilities. The role focuses on delivering practical, cost‑effective solutions that meet Saudi regulations, safety standards and operational requirements for high‑occupancy environments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare master plans, site layouts and detailed architectural drawings for labor camps and associated infrastructure.
• Develop concept and schematic designs ensuring efficient circulation, safety and compliance with zoning and municipal regulations.
• Coordinate with MEP, structural, fire and other consulting disciplines throughout the design process.
• Support construction phases through site visits, design clarifications and preparation of as‑built documentation.
• Identify and propose value‑engineering opportunities to optimise cost and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 2–5 years of experience designing labor camps or other high‑occupancy facilities.
• Familiarity with Saudi authority approvals and building codes is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
