Atlassian Solutions Architect

About the role

This full‑time hybrid position is based in Riyadh and offers some remote flexibility. As an Atlassian Solutions Architect you will design, implement and optimise Atlassian platforms that meet client business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client business processes and translate requirements into tailored Atlassian solutions.
• Consult with technical and business stakeholders to define scope, cost and delivery timelines.
• Develop integration designs and oversee deployment of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Align, Bitbucket and Confluence.
• Lead demos, proof‑of‑concepts and provide technical guidance to cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope and achieve high client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities across multiple projects.
• Strategic thinker with a problem‑solving mindset and a sense of ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven experience designing scalable Atlassian solutions for diverse industries.
