Audit Operational Excellence Expert

About the role

The Audit Operational Excellence Expert will support the division in achieving its long‑term strategic objectives. The role focuses on enhancing agility, transparency, and stakeholder engagement through effective process and resource optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on the development and periodic update of the division’s strategic plan and related initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses to monitor progress of strategic initiatives and identify key risks.
• Recommend processes to ensure the annual plan is adequately resourced and propose reporting mechanisms for senior stakeholders.
• Liaise with Internal Audit teams to share knowledge and support Management Committee and Audit & Compliance Committee reporting.
• Drive process‑excellence initiatives to streamline operations, optimize workflow, and maintain real‑time IA dashboards.
• Provide expertise on IA policies, procedures, and audit management system conformance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, CA or equivalent is preferred.
