Business Analyst – Operational Excellence

About the role

The Business Analyst will act as the analytical and technical backbone of the Organizational Excellence Department, translating operational excellence requirements into clear functional specifications and delivering data‑driven insights to support digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements for operational excellence initiatives into structured functional specifications and maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze operational, quality, maintenance, and financial data using Excel, Power BI, Power Platform, SQL and programming tools to generate actionable insights and dashboards.
• Design and evaluate information system solutions ensuring alignment with business strategy, architectural standards, data governance and security requirements.
• Support software architecture design, clarify functional and technical requirements for development teams, and participate in testing and user acceptance.
• Enable technology adoption and change management by bridging business stakeholders with IT/digital development teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3 to 7 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, digital transformation or related areas.
• Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements and performing hands‑on data analysis.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database querying.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
