Chef de Partie – Hot Section (Riyadh)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Chef de Partie for the Hot Section to join a leading hospitality and catering group in Riyadh. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality hot dishes for banquets, corporate catering and premium events, ensuring consistency with international and continental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all hot‑section production, including sauces, mains, soups and banquet hot items.
• Plan and execute mise en place for large banquet events, coordinating timelines and resources.
• Supervise and train 3‑5 commis chefs assigned to the hot section.
• Maintain section cleanliness, HACCP compliance and overall food safety.
• Collaborate daily with the Sous Chef on production requirements and banquet menus.
• Control portion sizes, minimise waste and oversee stock rotation.
• Provide support to other sections during high‑volume events as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hot‑section kitchen operations, preferably in banquet or large‑scale catering environments.
• Ability to lead a small team, train junior staff and ensure high standards of hygiene.
• Strong organisational skills to manage production timelines and stock.
• Flexibility to work across sections during peak periods.
