Chef de Partie – Pastry (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie – Pastry to join a leading hospitality and catering group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on creating a wide range of international and oriental pastries for daily service and large‑scale banquets.

Key responsibilities

• Produce international and oriental pastries, desserts, and baked goods for daily operations and banquet events.
• Prepare traditional Arabic sweets such as kunafa, baklava, luqaimat to authentic standards.
• Support bakery production including breads, rolls, viennoiserie, and basic baked goods.
• Execute pastry menus for banquets and catering events, including dessert buffets and plated desserts.
• Lead mise en place and production planning for the pastry section.
• Supervise and train 2‑3 commis pastry chefs.
• Ensure HACCP compliance, proper temperature control, and allergen labeling.
• Manage ingredient stock, minimize waste, and maintain freshness standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in pastry.
• Ability to supervise and train junior staff.
• Strong knowledge of both international and Arabic pastry techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills for event production planning.
• Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.
