Construction Manager

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead logistics and road construction projects. You will oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance while working with a diverse team of engineers and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct, supervise, and control the execution of business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions for assigned projects.
• Develop and oversee Project Execution Plans, Health and Safety Plans, and QA/QC Plans.
• Define program requirements, monitor draft and final deliverables, and ensure adherence to project criteria.
• Follow up on project instructions, commitments, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide input on performance reviews and development plans for subordinates.
• Manage road construction activities and logistics coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 15+ years of field construction experience.
• Experience with large civil, structural, or industrial projects, preferably in domestic or international settings.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices.

Required skills

• Logistics management experience.
• Proficiency with engineering software such as CAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of road construction methods.
• Familiarity with KSA/GCC construction environments.
