Construction Manager

About the role

Havelock One Interiors is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead civil construction and large‑scale interior fit‑out projects across Saudi Arabia. Based on site, you will oversee daily activities, coordinate internal supervisors and engineers, and manage subcontractors and key suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear direction and leadership to all trades on site.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor logistics, material supplies, resource planning, sequencing, testing, inspections, housekeeping, waste management and health & safety.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, client vendors, landlords and client representatives.
• Ensure compliance with mall/landlord rules, project budgets, quality standards and health & safety policies.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to capture variations, project changes and contra charges.
• Analyse BOQ and IFC drawings to define scope, identify gaps and verify material specifications.
• Identify and resolve potential clashes of works, raise RFIs when necessary.

Required profile

• Proven experience in civil construction and large‑scale interior fit‑out projects.
• Flexible and adaptable to work on multiple projects across the country.
• Strong leadership skills to manage site supervisors, engineers and subcontractors.
• Ability to organise manpower, materials and specialist equipment to meet program deadlines.
• Commitment to maintaining quality, budget control and health & safety standards.
