Cyber Security GRC Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Cyber Security GRC Manager to lead our governance, risk, and compliance program. The role ensures the organization stays audit‑ready and complies with evolving regulatory standards worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead internal and external security audits, conduct gap analyses, and drive remediation efforts.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce a comprehensive library of cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedural controls.
• Monitor global regulatory developments and implement data‑protection laws and other compliance requirements in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in GRC, with a strong background in regulatory alignment and audit management.
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CGEIT, or CRISC.
• Excellent technical writing abilities and familiarity with Essential Cybersecurity Controls (ECC).
