Cyber Security Manager

About the role

The Cyber Security Manager will lead the organization’s cybersecurity function, safeguarding systems, networks, applications and digital assets against evolving threats. Reporting to senior leadership, this role shapes strategy, ensures regulatory compliance and drives a culture of security across the semi‑government entity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity program aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Design and oversee enterprise‑wide security architecture, controls and defense mechanisms.
• Manage vulnerability management programs, including security assessments, penetration testing, remediation tracking and risk mitigation.
• Ensure continuous compliance with the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) frameworks and related regulations.
• Lead incident response, breach management and recovery procedures.
• Oversee identity and access management (IAM), privileged access controls and user access governance.
• Direct network security architecture, segmentation, firewalls and related security technologies.
• Monitor emerging threats, conduct audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and promote security policies, standards, procedures and awareness programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a comparable cybersecurity leadership role.
