About the role
The E-PMO Portfolio Manager will support the Strategy Management department in Riyadh by overseeing the enterprise‑PMO portfolio, ensuring data quality, and providing transparent reporting to drive successful transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, issue and maintain project reporting for the E‑PMO.
- Develop and maintain core databases, validate data and coordinate with data owners.
- Manage internal and external SharePoint sites and maintain the portfolio document repository.
- Support communications on the SAB intranet and maintain PMO templates and materials.
- Track approved budgets against actuals and forecasts, flag scope creep and unapproved budget pressures.
- Maintain the benefits register, monitor realization milestones and report programme progress.
- Track corrective actions, promote best‑practice governance and standardised tools for risk, change and resource management.
- Implement standards and processes across transformation initiatives to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- 3‑5 years of experience in project or portfolio management.
- Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe) and PRINCE2 are advantageous.
Required skills
- SharePoint administration and document management.
