English Language Training (ELT) Instructor

About the role

GovCIO is seeking an English Language Training (ELT) Instructor to deliver English language instruction to members of the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The role supports a Foreign Military Sales case and involves both classroom teaching and assessment responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide ELT instructional services to RSNF personnel.
• Administer the American Language Course Placement Test (ALCPT) in the Kingdom.
• Support the RSNF training pipeline by ensuring students meet the required English comprehension level using Defense Language Institute English Language Center (DLIELC) courseware, methodology, and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in English as a Second Language or related field).
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience, or 3+ years as an ELT instructor.
• Native English speaker.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ELT instructional methods and materials.
• Experience administering language placement tests such as the ALCPT.
