About the role
Join Hempel’s 12‑month Graduate Program in Sales and Commercial Excellence. Designed for fresh graduates, the programme offers real exposure to customers, sales strategy, and business growth while developing core commercial competencies.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with sales teams on real business opportunities.
- Analyze customer needs and contribute to value‑based solutions.
- Support account and territory management, including pipeline and CRM activities.
- Participate in business development and account planning initiatives.
Required profile
- Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
- Motivated, results‑driven, and eager to learn.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Residing in Saudi Arabia and willing to work in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam.
Required skills
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools.
