Head of Operations & Growth

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Operations & Growth to drive the performance of all business units, ensure accountability across teams and uncover new growth opportunities. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will be the right‑hand partner for execution and strategic expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead weekly meetings with managers of every business unit to track progress and resolve issues.
• Ensure timely completion of action items, projects and initiatives.
• Define, monitor and report on key performance indicators for each unit.
• Design and improve operational systems, processes and workflows.
• Oversee customer experience standards and service quality.
• Hold managers and teams accountable for results.
• Identify operational challenges and implement corrective solutions.
• Prepare weekly performance reports for the Founder.
• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, collaborations and new revenue streams.
• Develop relationships with corporate clients, government entities and key stakeholders.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance and recommend growth strategies.
• Maintain a pipeline of partnership and business‑development opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience overseeing operations across multiple business units.
• Track record of driving revenue growth and securing partnerships.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
