Head of Operations – Saudi Arabia (Riyadh)

About the role

Flow is seeking a senior‑level Head of Operations to steer the performance of its property portfolio across Saudi Arabia. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will oversee General Managers and property teams, ensuring a world‑class resident experience and consistent hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor General Managers across the Saudi portfolio, driving accountability and operational consistency.
• Ensure excellence in resident experience, maintenance, housekeeping, security, amenities, and hospitality services.
• Conduct regular property reviews and audits to identify gaps and implement improvements.
• Design, implement, and refine SOPs, workflows, and service standards that scale with rapid portfolio growth.
• Create operational playbooks for new property openings, staffing, training, maintenance, and escalation management.
• Standardize reporting structures, KPIs, and operational review processes.
• Collaborate with product, development, and technology teams to enhance operational tools and infrastructure.

Required profile

• Extensive background in hospitality or property management leadership.
• Proven ability to build systems, processes, and high‑performing teams in fast‑scaling environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on operational discipline and service excellence.
