Head of Retail Media – Riyadh

About the role

The Head of Retail Media will define and execute Lulu KSA’s retail media strategy across the Kingdom. Based in Riyadh, you will lead a cross‑functional team to deliver high‑impact advertising solutions that leverage Lulu’s scale, shopper reach, and first‑party data.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the national retail media strategy, covering onsite, offsite, in‑store and data‑led solutions.
• Build multi‑year product roadmaps, measurement capabilities and advertiser value propositions.
• Drive revenue growth by engaging FMCG brands, global advertisers and agencies, creating pricing models and media packages tailored to the Saudi market.
• Partner with e‑commerce, IT and data teams to enhance ad placements, targeting, programmatic, social and search capabilities.
• Oversee campaign planning, trafficking, optimization and reporting, ensuring operational excellence and governance.
• Establish robust measurement frameworks including attribution, incrementality and closed‑loop reporting while complying with Saudi data‑privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with e‑commerce, marketing, finance and store operations to align media initiatives with broader business goals.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in digital media, retail media, e‑commerce or FMCG commercial roles.
• Proven senior commercial leadership with a track record of revenue generation and strategic planning.
• Strong relationships with FMCG companies, global brands and media agencies operating in Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to set and achieve national revenue targets and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Based in Riyadh and familiar with the Saudi retail and advertising landscape.
