Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)

About the role

SANY Saudi Arabia is seeking a strategic, people‑oriented Human Resource Business Partner to support its fast‑growing operations in Riyadh. The HRBP will partner with business leaders to align human capital strategies with business objectives while ensuring operational excellence across HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Support performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
• Handle employee relations matters confidentially and professionally.
• Oversee monthly payroll processing, attendance validation, leave management, and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with Finance and HR teams for timely, compliant payroll execution.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• Identify training and development needs in collaboration with managers.
• Support change‑management initiatives during organizational growth and transformation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including HR Business Partner or Generalist roles.
• Experience with payroll administration and HR operations (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Saudi labor regulations.
• Experience in construction, heavy equipment, manufacturing, or industrial sectors (preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
