Mechanical Engineer – Mechanical Maintenance Lead (Oil & Gas)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical maintenance operations on oil and gas projects across Saudi Arabia. The role ensures safe, efficient, and timely execution of maintenance activities in line with Saudi Aramco standards, directly supporting project success and operational reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical maintenance activities at project sites.
• Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, and project teams.
• Ensure maintenance work is completed safely and on schedule.
• Monitor equipment performance and support troubleshooting activities.
• Follow Saudi Aramco standards, safety procedures, and project requirements.
• Prepare technical reports and maintenance documentation.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance operations.

Required profile

• Age between 30 and 40 years.
• Transferable IQAMA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in oil & gas projects.
• Experience in refinery, petrochemical, industrial, or shutdown projects is an advantage.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage manpower and supervise site activities.
• Willingness to work at project sites across Saudi Arabia.
