Planning & Scheduling Manager for High‑Rise Development

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Planning & Scheduling Manager to lead the planning function on a major high‑rise development. The role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of project planning, from initial scheduling to progress monitoring and delay analysis, ensuring the project stays on track and meets client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor progress, perform delay analysis, and produce regular reporting for stakeholders.
• Coordinate planning activities with the project team, consultants, subcontractors, and the client.
• Implement construction sequencing and recovery plans to address schedule variances.
• Provide project controls expertise to support decision‑making and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing planning and scheduling on super‑tall building projects.
• Strong understanding of project controls and construction sequencing.
• Ability to analyse delays and develop effective recovery strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination with diverse project participants.
