PMO Governance Manager – Lead Project Management Excellence

About the role

We are seeking an experienced PMO Governance Manager to design, implement, and continuously improve project management standards, governance frameworks, and reporting mechanisms across the organization. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership to drive operational excellence and support executive decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and roll out PMO governance frameworks, standardized processes, and reporting mechanisms.
• Monitor portfolio KPIs, provide analysis aligned with strategic objectives, and deliver data‑driven insights to senior leadership.
• Oversee project performance tracking, reporting, and evaluation using robust metrics and dashboards.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives for PMO methodologies, tools, and delivery practices.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior management, ensuring visibility, accountability, and alignment across all projects.
• Foster a collaborative culture focused on transparency, efficiency, and value creation.
• Maintain and enhance PMO tools, templates, dashboards, and reporting standards.
• Support change‑management and organizational transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a PMO Manager or in a comparable leadership role.
• Strong background in project governance, reporting frameworks, and portfolio management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
