About the role
We are looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to support cross‑functional initiatives across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain. The role focuses on tracking project milestones, consolidating data, and delivering professional presentations for senior management.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities with Sales and Operations teams and follow up with Supply Chain, Finance, and CCD.
- Prepare purchase requests and monitor deliverables, timelines, and action items.
- Escalate delays or risks through appropriate channels.
- Collect, consolidate, and validate data from multiple departments.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports, maintain trackers and dashboards.
- Develop high‑quality PowerPoint presentations and visual summaries for management reviews.
- Document meeting minutes, action logs, and follow‑up summaries.
- Support continuous improvement of reporting and coordination workflows.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, reporting, or a similar role.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong PowerPoint presentation development skills.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI (a plus).
