Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support single‑to‑multiple rig projects within Halliburton’s global energy operations. The role involves coordinating activities across several product service lines, ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards, and driving project efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage activities for single to multiple rig projects, covering three or more product service lines.
• Lead regular performance meetings, implement management systems, and drive operational efficiencies.
• Conduct operational problem‑solving, lead investigations on safety or risk events, and oversee pre‑ and post‑project execution reviews.
• Verify that equipment received at well sites matches documented specifications and that third‑party rentals have current inspection and testing documentation.
• Maintain daily operations reporting in OpenWells, focusing on productive time and non‑productive time classification.
• Ensure all project procedures are up‑to‑date and communicate lessons learned to district and project leadership.
• Resolve cross‑service‑line issues with customers prior to final invoicing and reporting.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating projects in the energy or oil‑and‑gas sector.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Ability to lead meetings, manage multiple service lines, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accurate documentation and performance tracking.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OpenWells reporting tools.
