Project Manager – Healthcare Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead healthcare projects, ensuring they meet all regulatory and accreditation standards. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and delivering high‑quality results in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor project activities from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Prepare regular project reports and performance evaluations.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards such as CBAHI and JCIA/JCI.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement effective solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
• Previous experience in the healthcare sector or hospitals is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
