Regional Manager – Northern Region (KSA)

About the role

The Regional Manager will lead and represent the Company across the Northern Region of Saudi Arabia. This senior position oversees project delivery, coordinates with the Ministry and other government authorities, and ensures alignment of the Company’s initiatives with regional strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the Company before the Ministry, government bodies and regional partners.
• Lead, monitor and report on the execution of projects and initiatives in line with approved plans.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with regional leaders and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess operations, capture local needs and support affiliate companies.
• Monitor program quality, registration rates, subscriptions and service point compliance.
• Coordinate content delivery, material distribution and resource allocation with sites and authorities.
• Manage recruitment processes in collaboration with government agencies and track staff readiness.
• Oversee training, capacity‑building initiatives and the performance of specialized service centers.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading regional operations and managing multi‑disciplinary projects.
• Strong ability to work with government authorities and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent reporting, analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the Northern Region for site visits.
