Related Services Director

About the role

ACCEL International is launching a new center in Al Hasa and seeks an experienced Related Services Director to lead its multidisciplinary therapy and clinical services. The role combines strategic vision with hands‑on operational oversight to ensure high‑quality, evidence‑based support for individuals with developmental, intellectual, and behavioral needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all related‑services operations across the new center.
• Mentor, supervise, and evaluate clinical staff including speech‑language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, psychologists, behavior specialists and nurses.
• Develop and implement service‑delivery strategies aligned with organizational goals and client outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation and quality‑assurance requirements.
• Monitor service quality, productivity, staffing levels and clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with educational, behavioral and administrative leaders to integrate service delivery.
• Participate in program planning, budgeting, workforce planning and resource allocation.
• Establish and track key performance indicators for clinical services.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, retention and professional development of therapy staff.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in Speech‑Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• At least 5 years of experience in holistic service‑delivery settings such as early intervention, special education, life‑skills development, or supported employment.
• Strong knowledge of evidence‑based therapeutic practices, quality standards and service‑delivery models.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluency in English.
