Sales & Aftersales Training Specialist

About the role

The Sales & Aftersales Training Specialist will lead the adaptation of the headquarters' overseas training system for the Saudi market. You will design localized curricula, manage knowledge assets, and ensure training aligns with both global standards and local cultural and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the global training system while creating Saudi‑specific standards for content, knowledge management, and instructor certification.
• Develop a standardized sales‑delivery‑service curriculum, produce localized training materials, and maintain a Saudi training knowledge library.
• Continuously update courses to reflect product iterations from headquarters and changes in local policies.
• Oversee Saudi training operations, monitor effectiveness, and drive ongoing optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of corporate training or talent development experience, including at least 2 years in sales‑delivery‑service training within the Saudi or Middle‑East automotive industry.
• Familiarity with automotive training system design and implementation.
• Business‑level fluency in English; Arabic communication preferred; Chinese reading/writing a plus for headquarters coordination.
