About the role

DXC Technology is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth within the Public Sector and other strategic industries such as Oil & Gas and Telecommunications. You will lead the end‑to‑end sales process, build high‑value relationships, and ensure delivery excellence.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Public Sector, Oil & Gas, and Telecommunications.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing high‑value deals.
  • Collaborate with pre‑sales, delivery, and support teams to guarantee successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to spot opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that articulate value propositions.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 5–7 years of proven sales experience, preferably managing large deals in the Public Sector.
  • Experience with Oil & Gas and Telecommunications customers is highly preferred.
  • Established professional network across government agencies and strategic industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are essential.
  • Strategic, proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑driven attitude.
