Senior Project Manager – Racecourse Delivery

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a world‑class racecourse within Saudi Arabia’s flagship entertainment destination. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery process, ensuring the project meets scope, quality, budget and schedule targets while coordinating design, construction and stakeholder teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the racecourse project from inception to completion, maintaining scope, quality and budget compliance.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for asset‑level delivery, risk management and decision‑making within the broader Racetrack programme.
• Own the asset brief, success criteria, performance requirements and risk register; escalate critical programme risks.
• Chair asset‑level governance forums covering design, commercial and package coordination.
• Oversee management contractor performance, confirm phasing, priorities and early‑works requirements.
• Review package scopes, boundaries, buildability inputs and support tender evaluation with technical and risk insights.

Required profile

• BSc in Construction Management, Project Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of project management experience on large‑scale sports or entertainment venue developments, preferably racecourses.
• Proven track record delivering complex construction projects.
• Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Primavera or MS Project.
• PMP certification (or equivalent).
