Senior QA/QC Manager

About the role

The Senior QA/QC Manager will lead the development and implementation of quality assurance and control strategies for large‑scale construction projects. This role ensures that all work complies with project quality plans, corporate objectives, and client expectations, driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and obtain approval for the project QA/QC plan within 30 days of contract start.
• Establish and monitor project quality objectives aligned with corporate goals.
• Review and approve technical submittals, material submittals, and method statements from contractors.
• Implement and manage control systems for suppliers and subcontractors, including site audits.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate quality requirements with owners, consultants, and the project team.
• Track revisions to the QA/QC plan and ensure quarterly or as‑needed reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 17 years of experience with mega contractors on large construction projects.
• Strong leadership and managerial abilities to oversee QA/QC teams.
• Excellent analytical skills for root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
