Senior Sales Trainer – Diabetes (MEA)

About the role

Dexcom is seeking a Senior Sales Trainer to lead diabetes‑focused training initiatives across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. You will partner with commercial leaders to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs that elevate the performance of sales representatives and managers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding, product, clinical, competitive, and selling‑skills curricula for the MEA market.
• Collaborate with Country Commercial Leads, Marketing, Sales Operations, and subject‑matter experts to align training with local market needs.
• Provide targeted coaching, reinforcement, and field adoption support to drive behavioural change and sales excellence.
• Manage training projects, evaluate effectiveness, and refine the curriculum based on performance metrics and feedback.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify capability gaps and prioritize enablement initiatives.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience in sales training or enablement.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with commercial, marketing, and operations teams.
• Experience in the healthcare or medical‑device sector is advantageous.
