About the role
The Senior Tanfeeth Officer will lead the execution function within the bank, ensuring that all execution‑related transactions and automation projects meet regulatory standards and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise staff performance, manage workload distribution and leave schedules to guarantee efficient service delivery.
- Oversee automation projects linked to the Execution System, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Act as liaison between the bank, system vendors, and internal departments for technical support, enhancements, and system integration.
- Ensure execution‑related banking transactions (account openings, transfers, checkbooks) comply with regulations and are accurately recorded.
- Monitor and audit customer financial litigation lists to protect the bank’s rights.
- Review, implement, and recommend changes based on Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) instructions and align them with bank procedures.
- Test, review, and supervise updates and improvements to systems connected to the Execution System.
- Provide timely, accurate, and compliant responses and reports to SAMA.
- Maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with service‑level agreements.
- Train and guide internal teams to adhere to SAMA’s instructions and updates.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in administrative sciences, banking, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the banking sector with a focus on execution.
- Professional certification such as CCO or ACAMS, as required by the Saudi Central Bank.
- Full proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong supervisory and managerial abilities.
- In‑depth knowledge of internal and external policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks governing banking operations.
- Familiarity with SAMA instructions, regulations, and financial/banking systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of banking operations, legal and technical aspects, and associated risks.
- Computer literacy and ability to work with applied systems.
- Excellent planning, decision‑making, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
