Senior Technical Adoption Manager

About the role

As a Senior Technical Adoption Manager you will partner with enterprise customers to drive the successful adoption of VMware by Broadcom technologies. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients align their technical road‑maps with business objectives and accelerate outcomes through best‑practice guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Engage daily with assigned customers to understand and support their technical and business goals.
• Develop deep expertise in a specific VMware solution area (e.g., VCF, Cloud Foundation) and maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge.
• Create and execute structured engagement plans that address gaps and accelerate technology adoption.
• Provide architectural guidance, project leadership, and coordination for major VMware initiatives.
• Educate customers on emerging VMware technologies and align their road‑maps with VMware’s portfolio.
• Present achievements and progress using internal tools and deliverables.

Required profile

• Strong technical background with proven experience in VMware environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build long‑term customer relationships.
• Ability to manage own schedule, priorities, and drive outcomes independently.
• Commitment to continuous learning and obtaining VMware certifications (e.g., VCP).
